We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not.
Please note that your order is manufactured just for you. Therefore, we are unable to accept exchange or return of products ordered in the wrong size or color. Only defective products can be submitted for exchange.
For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide an exchange if the following conditions are met :
- Item must have a valid defect.
Please start by emailing us the following info to firstname.lastname@example.org :
- Image of product defect and a brief explanation.
- Your order number, name and email on order.
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Originals receipts would need to be included.
- All items would need to be purchased originally from this official site.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
If your defect is approved, we will exhange and re-ship your order.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges would need to be raised within 5 days of the receiving date. All requests for exchanges however, would need to be strictly made via email prior to return.
2. EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS
2.1 After submitting your claim to the email above, you will, upon accepted return, receive an approval via email with a valid RMA number and the return address.
2.2 Upon exchange, you will need to include your original invoice, the RMA number, together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
2.4 Upon received return, we will provide an exchange of the product that will be processed within 10 working days.
2.5 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders for exchanged items.
3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 All items that are exchanged, can only be made once.
3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from exchanges if the subsequent item(s) for return are of the same item(s) as a previous order
3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
3.4 We makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
3.5 Such exchanges are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of USA
